The home of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens, M & T Bank Stadium, is the only LEED “Gold” designated outdoor sports arena in the US. When the environmentally conscious Ravens decided to replace their turf field with a natural grass surface, water use and discharge were of concern. Management looked to Carbtrol for effective water management.

Carbtrol installed a GCW2 Wash Water Recycle System with 20 GPM and two wash station capability. The GCW2 treats and recycles the water from the Ravens’ equipment wash area, using EPA Recommended activated carbon adsorption and oxidation technology. The result is continuously available clean water and reduced environmental impact.
