Five maintenance facilities that serve the New Jersey Turnpike have selected Carbtrol Corporation’s Wash Water Recycle Systems to recover wash water for reuse. Carbtrol’s systems are designed with EPA recommended Activated Carbon and other technologies for the removal of organics including petroleum hydrocarbons and other contaminates.

Up to 90% of the wash water is recovered for immediate reuse in the washing process, conserving water and preventing run off into nearby creeks and streams. The cost effective system is engineered to operate with little maintenance.
